This Weeks High court decision which ruled against Dwain Chambers attempts to get a place in the British team to go to Beijing after winning the British Championships was a victory of Justice in my and many other’s opinions.

After completing his two year ban for failing a drug test he tried to challenge the British Athletics organisation decision on his life ban from competing in any Olympic Games and if there are any Olympians thinking of Cheating themselves I hope this is a deterrent, and if every other nation out there took a leaf out of the way British Athletics is being run to try and get rid of drugs from the sport for good I feel the Games as a whole will get stronger once again because at the minute I think it is at the lowest it has ever been.
So what next I ask myself is up for Dwain Chambers?

After a failed attempt to break into American Football last year, and a trial with Warrington Rugby League Club which failed to turn up anything for the disgraced athlete I wonder where we shall see Dwain again, especially when you consider that many Athletics tracks that hold Grand-Prixs around Europe have already stated that Chambers is not welcome at any of their event’s I fear that this may well be the end of the road for Dwain.
Good Riddance I say.
